Carrier Fees
What are the rates for carrier fees with Siteworx and The Switch System?
- Text Messages: $0.0112/sms segment ($10 would be 895 segments, average text is 3 segments)
- Emails: Currently a bank of 14,000 is $10
These rates are current as of July 2024. The only reason these rates will ever increase is if the carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.) raise their fees they charge providers. Until then, you can assume that these rates are current!
* NOTE: These are strictly pass through charges. Siteworx DOES NOT upcharge the fees in the Switch System.

How do I manage my Carrier Fees Billing?
Go To Settings, then "Billing" To View & Verify Your Payment Method.
Click on Wallet & Transactions To View Your Balance and set your recharge options

What if I don't want to pay for calls or texts?
No problem, you still have access to all of the other features of Siteworx Digital. You can also set up the system to use your own email address. (See next)
Can I use my own email address to avoid these fees?
Yes you can. You can add an smtp option like Gmail, Outlook, Sendgrid, GSuite or other. The instructions to set this up for Gmail/Gsuite specifically use this link: Setup My Own Email To Send From
Can I change the payment method of how I am getting charged?
Yes, and we have made it so easy! Simply click on settings, then navigate to "Billing" and change your card on that screen. You can also change the auto recharge settings.
How often will I get charged for sending out texts/emails now?
You control this based on your settings and how much you text/email. To control this, navigate to the "billing" section and edit the "auto recharge with" and the "when balance is lower than" settings.
Does this have any effect on my monthly subscription?
This has nothing to do with your monthly subscription. Paying for your texts/emails and paying for your monthly subscription are completely separate things. If you need to update the payment method for your monthly subscription, please CLICK HERE.
